Rejected Incorrect Punishment | abbas shah

I was punished for talking foreign language in a RP situation which I have now realized was wrong of me to do.
What surprises me is, that I was punished without a forum was made regarding this matter.
I watched the POV they provided to Abbas Shah (most likely in his DMs since its not on the forum site) and I realized that one person with ID 92078 parent insults in their family radio.
This person did not receive punishment for the things which he said in their radio.
Secondly, their leader ( ali rıza 90484 ) also says "Ates don't say p**, it's a parent insult in their family chat at the start of the video"

Lastly, I would like to know, since when can players be punished through DMs? In my opinion it seems biased towards those who don't have contact with server admins.

That word p** is not family insult. I've talked with many admins and theres forums about me for that word on my page u can search. and this punishment is from my media group. Trust me its non of ur business
