2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) Firstly , I was new in the city but after sometime someone made me familiar with the city rules then i learned them very quickly and I believe i can be a pretty good leader for LSPD and my experience can make the term of LSPD successful.
ii) I have experienced all the roles in most of the organization and also know the importance of not breaking rules in any org . By being in a leadership position, I can steer initiatives that resonate with my principles and help the organization achieve its long-term objectives. I have many ideas and plans that will ensure success of the term that i get and My main goal is to make the organization more active and responsive than before .
iii) I have cultivated a wide range of skills and abilities from these previous experience and also developed strong organisational skills .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Introducing a new training system that not only focuses on LSPD protocols but also incorporates city rules as well. This initiative aims to minimize rule breaks and ensure agents have a solid understanding of both LSPD and city regulations.
- Enhancing the role-playing experience in the city is a priority for us at LSPD. As the leader, I'm committed to creating a dynamic and enjoyable environment for all players.
- It's important to keep our agents informed about IC and OOC changes. By doing so, we can facilitate smoother and more immersive role-playing experiences, maintaining a clean and engaging environment for everyone
