Rejected Annoying for no reason and eventually killing me

I just bought the bike and was heading to the mod shop for customizing it and this guy started following me from PH.. Around the bridge he knocked me and I was suspecting him of theft but he just kept annoying me....I am sorry for the language I used while having conversation with him. I was just minding my own business.
