Life Story:
Jay Cartier grew up in a small rural town in england, By the age of 16 Jay had left the house because of constant fights between him and his step dad. He had one step brother that they treated him better, he never liked being in the streets alone so he got his first job at a local shop to start gathering funds to move to London and start a new life. He arrived in london and enrolled in college he finished college and graduated. During college he came into contact with one of his uncles who moved to London when he was 6 years old, Jays uncle was a police sergeant. Jays uncle helped him join the police force, he worked his way up through the ranks of the police until he achieved the rank of superintendent after achieving a lot of experience FIB has been looking into him to get him a job at FIB.
Career Story:
Through out Jay Cartier career in FIB he learned a lot about the darknet and learning about FIB, Jay started to get into more of under cover work where he once got kidnapped by a gang named Ballas. Through this kidnap Jay was abused, almost killed, and had to leak all information about FIB to order to be alive. After Ballas had let him go he had a really strong grudge on Ballas for making his life miserable. After a couple months later FIB had raided Ballas. Jay found the person who did everything to him and took him to a very strange place, Jay after that started beating and almost killing the person who did this to him is like something has woken in him to finally take revenge on everyone.
Outcomes:
1) Jay can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Jay can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Jay can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Jay can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Jay can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favors.
6) Jay is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
7) Jay can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8) Jay can remove/change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines
9) Jay can use truth serum on suspects to gain information from everyone. ( with /try command 2 times every rp )
