2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

a) Firstly I am an experienced player in city. I am having experience of en1 of more then 2 years ooc. I want to be a good leader as I am a deserving guy and know everything about organisations as I have worked in fib, lspd and govt in en3 and in en1 I have experience of all legal organisations. I am a very good guy and I am person who always follow all the rules in city

b) I will make sure that there is a very good working environment in lspd and all employees will be excited to work more and more and for that I will be giving them a very good bonus and some promotion for activeness and also for there hardworking nature. I will always hire people based on there experience and there proofs and not by doing favouratism in between the lspd.

c) I am also a hardworking guy and I know how to deal with the citizens in a good manner and also know how to deal with employees respectfully by talking with them in polite way. I will also try to get more and more towing in my term. People and citizen should feel safe in city and there should be no criminal activities or if there is criminal activity we will not tolerate them. In my term I will try to reduce the crime rate.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

a) Improving Human resource: The most important is hiring and training of poeple, If there is good hr team, It will help me to lead a good term with good activity as they will hire more and more people. Also I will set a good bonus for the department so that they will work actively.

b) Improving public relations team (pr): I will improve the pr team and tell them to do interaction with citizens by hosting events and games with a huge prize pool. Also people will be active.

c) Improving towing department: I will improve towing department and tell them to do as many tows as they can. So activity of this department can be increased by giving them a good bonus also giving them a good promotions.

: Do hiring new people, giving them logs and also training them.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
