Stew was born into poverty in England, His mother was terminally ill and his father was a waste of space, he went to public schools and in his area there was not much opportunity. He finished school and went on to university to study law and politics. When the recession hit, the jobs around his town started to dry up and this inspired him to look for different opportunities away from home. After his mother died, Stew and his fathers relationship started to turn sour and Stew always felt resentment for how his father was selfish and didn't care about anyone but himself. After an argument with him one day, Stew turned on the TV and started watching fame or shame, there was clips of the surrounding areas and nearby towns such as Paleto bay and Vinewood. This peaked Stews interest in the area, so after looking at potential for immigration, Stew decided to back his bags and move to start a new life
Career Story
After arriving in Los Santos in 2023, with no money Stew got a job working in the lumber yard to try and scrape enough money for necessity's to get by. After he managed to save for an apartment and a car, he joined SAHP serving the highways and the people of Paleto bay. Whilst working at SAHP as a trooper, He was getting fatigued due to his relationship with his High command, Whilst he was giving a ticket to a citizen parked at the Farm, he saw a newspaper on the floor with an ad from the Department of Justice recruiting Law students. Once he passed his Bar exam , Stew excelled as a lawyer but didn't always get along with the law enforcement due to his weakness of arguments and anger. Stew didn't really care for this though, as he was making serious money. a few months passed and the city was changing, Stew needed a change, He went back to SAHP and worked with some of the best officers he had ever met, Stew took a chance and joined Internal Affairs, Whilst here, he realised how corrupt the system had become and he realised the only way to change this is to run for Governor of Los Santos.
Stew spent time trying to build a solid political party, with everyone being experts in their position and focused on solely promoting within to those who deserved it, Once he was appointed, His team and himself realised how much bad the states finances was, so they worked hard and put a lot of man hours behind it and turned it around.
After making it a successful term, Stew decided to leave and had to return to England for his fathers funeral, leaving all his possessions in Los Santos, returning 6 months later. Stew was walking down Del Pierro Pier where he bumped into his old party member Skiddy Mage, Where he offered him a position in LSPD.
Outcomes:
1- Can take bribes up to 100k
2 - Can lie about calling for a lawyer and not showing ID when needed
3 - Can take contracts on dark web and assist in prison breaks ( Once a day )
4 - Can break the law when not on duty
5 - Can accept money for leaked information ( up to 100k and no OOC info to be given)

7- Can use the ability to frighten and disrespect ( following GR )
