Life Story:
Maxx was born into a very poor family in Mumbai, India. His father was a laborer at a construction site. One of his uncles, who used to live in Los Santos, visited India. When Maxx was just 7, his uncle visited his family as well, and when he saw the condition of the family, he asked Maxx's father to let him come to the USA with him. He convinced them and took Maxx with him. Once they reached there, everything was going well, but slowly his uncle started making Maxx do a little bit of household work. As time passed, it went too far, and Maxx became just a house servant, serving his uncle in his house. His uncle used to beat him after getting drunk every day, and because of that, Maxx's mental health was also harmed, and he developed severe anger issues. When Maxx turned 20, he ran away from his uncle's house. He met a girl and fell in love with her, and they got married. But even that girl left him, which made him even more driven by anger.
Career Story:
Maxx joined the LSPD as a trainee, and within a few months, he reached a good position. Then, he got a better offer from the SAHP, so he joined them and started working. Because of his good shooting skills and a high number of successful encounters with criminals, he caught the attention of the FIB Director, who offered Maxx a position to join the FIB and help in his Special Operations team, which deals with criminals. Once Maxx joined, he started facing high-profile wanted criminals. Some of them offered Maxx money to let them go free, which gave Maxx a good source of income. Slowly, Maxx started enjoying the money, and those who didn’t pay him were tortured badly because of his mental health issues. Some criminals even gave him illegal items to secure their freedom. The FIB Director started having doubts about him, which is why Maxx left the FIB and joined back LSPD and there, he started doing the same.
Outcome:
1. Maxx can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Maxx is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP )
3. Maxx can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Maxx can leak information and also he can torture/interrogate for information from anyone ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
5. Maxx can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Maxx can engage in any criminal activity such as go for the ghetto clap, pickpocketing, buy/sell guns from black market, or use illegal stuff ( No ORG weapons included).
7. Maxx can add or remove people in wanted list, and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8. Maxx can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
9. Maxx can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people ( Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
10. Maxx can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his career, his friends, family members. ( No targeting or PG)
