Hey Grand PR Team,
I am writing to you today to ask for a second chance. My account has been banned for 9999 days for a breach of section 4.1 (use of external software to give you an advantage) and there are 9645 days remaining. I want to stress that I did not use external software to give me an advantage. The ban was triggered by the anti-cheat and I suspect this is a mistake or misinterpretation.
Since my ban, I haven't played for a full year and have had a lot of time to reflect on the situation. Grand RP was more than just a game for me - it was a place where I made friends and had a lot of good moments. I'm really sorry that I'm not able to play at the moment.
