Dear Respected Abo_Saif,

I am writing to sincerely apologize for my ER 1.7 ban. I have always recorded my POV during events and saved it for 48 hours. Unfortunately, during the "King of the Mountain" event, my recorder (Medal - Certified by GrandRP) failed to save the footage due to a technical issue after I recently updated my Windows. This is my first time being banned, and GrandRP is the only server I truly enjoy. The past days without it have been difficult, and I miss being part of the community. I humbly ask for your understanding and kindly request a second chance. I have learned from this experience and promise it will not happen again.

Please reconsider my ban—I would be truly grateful for the opportunity to return.
