As you can see i was just messing around with the police like always. first i was reckless driving which i always do they pulled me over and said if i see you reckless driving again i will arrest you so i took out my anti-radar car and told them I'm the guy from earlier catch me if you can then as you can see in the POV he starts to ram me which is not allowed as much as i know
