Upon reviewing, I have decided to accept this report.
ID 114819 will be punished in accordance with General Rules 6.16
IDs 116964 and 136214 will be punished for Non RP driving.
Please note that it is forbidden to not pull over once demands have been given, and there are 2 cars with 2 people in each car. Please also know that it is forbidden to drive unrealistically with sport cars/non off-road cars.
