2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
(i) When i join the city, and roaming in the red zone then a guy with green clothes come to me and killed me and called their gang members and they all started to rob me but when they saw that i am just 2 years old they asked me run for your life, then i know about the gangs with this situation. After this i joined the same gang and their i meet with many gangsters and learnt many illegal activities like highway robbery, hostage situation, store robbery,fz raid. My favourite event is hostage situation and their negotiations.
(ii) I spend alot of time in families and there are many friends of mine are present in families gang and i have a lot of memories with them. The most important thing which attracts me towards the families gang is its green colour. This green colour had created many memories with me and the location of families head quarters is amazing because its beside the arena. Arena is the second place where i spend most of time after ghetto clapping.
(iii) i spended my most of the time in families,gang and had many contacts in families and i had many friends who wanted to see me as a leader because i already leaded them multiples times in multiples event like fz raid and hostage situation.so i wanted to serve them as a leader and i believed that with the help of my green brothers we can capture all the turfs and we will try to make it an historic term. And The Most Important Reason by Which I Attached With families gang is I played gta sanandreas for long time and in gta sanandreas, our main protagonist is present in families gang and fight against other gangs. Thats Why I Had Many Emotional Connections With Families Gang From My Childhood.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
I Am Experiencing The City From A Long Time And Had Good As Well As Bad Experience In RP Situations. I Saw That Multiple Times The Leaders Are Not That Much Involved In The Events And Because Of Lack Of Leadership Multiple Times Many Guy's Do Rule breaks. But I Wanted To Create A Different System Apart Of This. I Wanted To Create An Environment, Where The New Gang Members And Old Members Get Proper Leadership And Guidance In The Events. And I Will Make Sure That We Will Do Hiring With Proper Testing Of New Gang Members And Me And My Friends Properly Help The New Guy's To Make Them Professional Gangsters. And I Will Personally Tell Them Everything About The Rules Of Proper Role Play Situations.
