2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
2.1 I want to be the leader of Marabunta because I have seen that gangs are less active these days. I want bring Back the energy in the ghetto and city , everyone joined events and roleplaying, which made the ghetto lively. But now, leaders were not doing that as much. I believe I can bring that energy back. I want to be the leader of Marabunta because when I started, my goal was to become a leader or admin. I studied the rules and learned about gangs and crime. Now I have enough experience to manage a gang.
2.2 I have learned a lot from past leaders and have experience in high ranks in gangs. This helps me lead the gang well. I have a strong team to keep the gang active all the time. I am strict about the rules and enjoy teaching new members. I want everyone to know the rules. If someone does not know the rules, they can’t join. When someone wants to join, I will ask them about the rules. If they get anything wrong, they won’t join and will be blacklisted for a week. If someone breaks a rule, higher ranks will punish them.
2.3 I want to make Marabunta the strongest gang in the city and make other gangs fear it. I will take control of all the territories, weapon shops, and businesses so Marabunta becomes rich and has the most members. I have many friends with gang experience who will help keep the gang active. There will be different ranks for teams like turf, graffiti, and clands . My goal is to show how a real gang should run and run it actively . I have led a gang before, so I know how to lead, manage people, ranks, robbery , subs , Fz raids, sprays, events, and manymore.
3. Your suggestions for improving roleplay in the organization.
3.1 Everyone one will be treated equally and there will be a friendly and a enviorment of leagacy between the gangs.
3.2 I will Recruit the members who have good enough knowledge releated to gang and rp and hire exp hc to handle the situations.
3.3 Under my command we will try to attend all the events with maxx numbers and bonuses will be maxx in all the events
3.4 Maxx profit on graffiti every hour and a good source of income side by side for gang members.
3.5 Following orders from the leaders and acting like a gangster is important to keep balance in the city.
