Hello,
I am submitting this appeal regarding the prison sentence I received due to a mistake.
According to the established rules, the video provided as evidence must be at least one minute long. However, the video used in my case was only 14 seconds, which is not sufficient to prove any violation clearly.
Additionally, you can notice the weapon he was holding at the beginning of the video, which indicates that he did something wrong and deliberately cut the video to misrepresent the situation.
I kindly ask you to review the evidence again and reconsider the decision made.
I appreciate your efforts and hope this mistake will be corrected.
Thank you for your understanding.
