2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I have good amount of experience in legal and illegal organizations for example: Gov minister of state, Lspd chief of staff, Sahp chief of staff, Ng major general, Vagos deputy and Ballas high command. I know i dont have so much experience but i know everything that i need to know abt Lspd and abt organizations.
2.2. i started my journey in Sahp and it was one of the best organizations and i had so much fun and i learned so many things. So i know im capable to lead Lspd as a leader bc i was leading this specific organization as 28 rank so its not a very big difference and im a very friendly, calm and so crative.
2.3. I would oversee Lspd with my current crew and hire new members daily if needed but i have so many ex and troopers waiting for me to become the leader of Lspd. I would have numerous patrols in operation around the city. I am aware of how challenging it is to head this organization and how much responsibility it entails but with my skills and my team I will overcome it.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I will make sure that every single member or trooper of Lspd in my term will know how to act and do in roleplay situations for example arresting i know many organizations troopers that they don't know how to do a proper arrest while doing roleplay. I will personally make sure that my Human Recourse team knows and teaches the troopers how to properly arrest
To keep the organization running smoothly and prevent any problems me and my deputies will constantly monitor the activities of every officer and department. are they doing their job properly? Or are they doing any mistakes.
I will personally do inspections once every week. About of their activity if they are not active in their logs i will demote them i will do promotion ceremony's every 2 weeks.
About bonuses i will do a high bonus for especially Human Recourse because i have done it and it is hard and so boring to give training or give interview so i will pay attention to Human Resource and Cid.

Human Resource (HR) Their major work will be to take interview, hire and give a first class training.
Internal Affairs Agency (IAA) Their major work will be to keep and eye on all the officers and constantly do their BG check, license check and ensure that no one do any corruption.
Parking Enforcement (PE) Their major work will be to roam in the city with their tow truck and ensure that no vehicles are illegally parked, if they see any then they will tow them and give their owner fine.
Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU) Their main work will be to patrol in city and prevent citizens from breaking any law, respond to Globals and Preventing and responding to terrorist threats.
