Title: Complaint Against LSPD HOD Jaxon Straat & Deputy for Corruption and Intimidation

Complaint Details:
I am submitting this complaint against Jaxon Straat (HOD of HR Department in LSPD) for corruption and against an LSPD Deputy for intimidation and abuse of power to suppress my complaint.
Incident Summary:
- Corruption by Jaxon Straat in Bonus Calculation:
- Jaxon Straat, as the HOD of the HR Department, is responsible for calculating bonuses for employees.
- He manipulated the bonus distribution to give himself the maximum possible amount while underpaying other employees.
- The HRT bonus structure clearly states that:
- Phase 1 Training grants $10,000 per session.
- Phase 2 Training grants $18,000 per session.
- However, when I confronted him about the incorrect bonus calculations, he dismissed my concerns and tried to justify his actions in an inconsistent and misleading manner.
- After consulting COS, DHOD, and other HR members, they all agreed that this was clear corruption and that Jaxon Straat unfairly allocated money to himself.
- This was only corrected after I filed a complaint, proving that the mistake was intentional.
- Intimidation by LSPD Deputy to Suppress My Complaint:
- After realizing that Jaxon Straat committed corruption, I informed a Deputy that I would be filing a forum complaint.
- Instead of addressing my concerns, the Deputy tried to scare me, stating that he would not approve my forum complaint.
- However, according to Grand RP rules, forum complaints do not require any approval from deputies.
- This was an attempt to intimidate and suppress my right to report misconduct.
- I fear that this Deputy may target or harass me in the future for speaking out against corruption, which is unacceptable and harms my RP experience.
Grand RP Rule Violations:
The following rules have been broken by the offenders:
- Rule 1.3 - Fraud Against Players (PERMANENT BAN)
- Jaxon Straat manipulated bonus calculations for personal benefit, depriving other LSPD employees of their rightful earnings.
- Rule 6.3 - Misuse of Organizational Funds (PERMANENT BAN)
- The HR Department is an official structure, and its budget should not be manipulated for personal gain.
- Rule 6.4 - Corrupt State Employee Without RP Justification (WARN)
- Jaxon Straat is an HOD in a state organization (LSPD), and his actions violate the ethical conduct expected from state officials.
- Rule 6.10 - Mixing IC with OOC for Intimidation (Ban 1-7 Days)
- The Deputy attempting to block my forum complaint is an OOC intimidation tactic to avoid IC consequences.
- Rule 6.12 - Harassing LSPD Employees During Duty (Ban up to 7 Days)
- Attempting to suppress complaints and intimidate employees into silence is an abuse of power and discourages fair gameplay.
Requested Action:
- A full investigation into Jaxon Straat’s corruption.
- Appropriate punishment based on Grand RP rules for financial misconduct.
- Action against the Deputy for trying to suppress my right to file a complaint.
- Assurance that I will not be harassed or targeted in the future for reporting corruption.
I have attached all necessary body cam footage, screenshots, and logs to support my claims. I request the administration to review the evidence and take appropriate action.
