Rejected Ban on EMS Discord | unknown Administration

My discord was hacked few months ago and I wasn't even in EMS icly so when I find out about that my discord is hacked it was already to late someone have already spam some kind of illegal links to different discord servers which was included EMS so I try to fix my discord and it was on suspended for a long time so I couldn't do anything and I didn't know a lot about these things as I got to know more now and I was try to do 2 step verification on my discord I didn't let me due to suspended account. And I made the complaint in fouram which is also you can check I did like 5 times and it got rejected by Pablo. And now It's got hacked again I don't know how and that hacker before manage to get access to my other social media as well like Instagram and Facebook but I manage to recover Facebook by providing my personal details but Instagram I couldn't which is still in someone under and he have changed my details on it like email and etc but name and profile Pic is still the same. So I would like to request if I can change my discord to new one to avoid this issue because am no longer using this email and this account 1165187578643890256 is also showing me as it's on deleting this permanently I think it's done by hacker. I have lost so many things because of this so please I would like to change my discord in to this I'd 705871262412439603 my new discord is not in any kind issues I request please remove that old account from ems server so I can continue with proper RP.
