I hope that you are doing really well. Let me talk to you regarding my Ban for the account under the username “BomboclatSeven.” To be truthful, I had no clue whatsoever that it was offensive. A large number of people also use such names on other servers and I must say that I had no clue the name had a meaning. This is the first time ever that I am having a problem of this type of issue and now I understand that there is a fault from my side too.
I expect that because it is my first offense, i request you to unban my account . I will, without hesitation, change my name because I would like to comply with the rules in the future.
Thank you for your time, and once again, I apologize for the trouble I have caused. I hope you take my request into consideration.
