as seen in this forum Rejected - CL | 144963 i got demorgan for PG but ifu see from when i get out of the car the pda was there which was a glitch i hadnt kept it open but if u see the animation was there as i am on the pda with the gun so to remove that animation i opened the pda and it went away i didnt open the pda with the gun in my hand it was a bug that happened with me
