Dear Grand Roleplay Team,
My name is Marmerkus, and my in-game username is Marmerkus. I was recently banned by the anti-cheat program of Grand Roleplay after being involved in a harmless fight in the game. I am writing to kindly request a review of my ban, as I firmly believe this ban was issued due to a misunderstanding.
The fight I participated in was in no way intentional or malicious and did not constitute any violation of the rules. It was simply a harmless altercation in the game and was not related to cheating or exploiting any unfair advantage. I have not used any software or modifications that would violate Grand Roleplay's terms of service.
If the ban was triggered by a misunderstanding or an error in the anti-cheat program, I kindly ask that it be reviewed and potentially lifted.
I greatly enjoy the experience on Grand Roleplay and would be very grateful if my ban could be reviewed and possibly lifted. If further information is required to clarify the situation, I am happy to assist in resolving the matter.
