Life Story: Riiey is a 22 year old female who grew up on the rough streets of Newcastle her father left at a young age and she was left with only her mother and no siblings when growing up Riiey never attended school and usually hung around with some friends with rough backgrounds Riiey eventually ended up following some of her friends into the Blood Street Gang not realising what she got herself into Riiey started training day in day out to Become a shooter for the bloods and eventually succeeded one day Riiey was sent on a mission to go and Rob a Store and during the robbery she was knocked unconscious and arrested Riiey spend 10 years in jail and started to think about her crimes.
Career Story: After serving her time Riiey moved to San Andreas to start a new life she changed her identity and started looking for a job. While searching one day Riiey seen that SAHP where Hiring and organized an interview. When Riiey took her interview with SAHP they where verry surprised with her Shooting skills and seen some potential in her. When she first got the job no one seen much in Riiey the only thing she was complemented for was her shooting skill this aggravated Riiey she wanted to try something different within her organisation to get some new skills and get recognised more so her co-workers wouldn’t make fun of her so she joined the PR department and with hard work was eventually she was promoted to DCOD of PR. After a while Riiey started thinking about her old life of crime it reminded her how much respect she used to get and he wanted to remind herself that she wasn’t just a shooter but a well respected gang member at heart.
Outcomes:
1) Riiey Luciano is able to trade/sell her kidnapped officers and her 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP )
2) Riiey Luciano can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show her ID to conceal her identity.
3) Riiey Luciano can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if she severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4) Riiey Luciano may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
5) Riiey Luciano, when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
6) Riiey Luciano can engage in most criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as kidnapping cops if needed or if she felt that she is in a threat. ( not against server script highway robbing, atms)
7) Riiey Luciano is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
