Life Story:
Hydra Burton was born into a middle class family and lived in an area where people were conservative and had a backward mindset. He had one elder brother and one younger sister. He was weak at learning things since his childhood whereas his siblings were really smart. Thus, he was always neglected by his family and his parents acted like he had a disability and could not become anything in his life. Neither did his teachers believe in him. He did not have much friends as well due to his lack of wit. Despite of all of the hate, Hydra tried his best to overcome his disability and prove his worth to everybody. Eventually, he became better at academics and sports, after passing out from school he did his graduation and learned various skills. With very little money he had earned from his internships he decided to take a flight to Los Santos and find a job.
Career Story:
As Hydra was new in the city, he was travelling in the subway and he met a gangster who turned him rogue for some money and Hydra fell in the trap which led to him joining the Families. After a week he realised that this is not what he wanted to do and wanted to live a respectable life so he got a job as an Intern at the Government. He worked hard and made his way upto the higher ranks, he made a lot of friends who supported him and gained respect. After that he decided to quit the Government and become a Police Officer as he intended to help out in protecting the Citizens from Criminals. He went to Organisations like SAHP and LSPD, learned a lot about being a Police Officer and fought the crime. He is a respected LEO and likes to lead the SWAT department. With his dedication, he continues to serve the city and the citizens.
Outcomes-
1- Hydra can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
2- Hydra can make an offer for bribes up to 100k or illegal items by initiating jail breaks, taking dark net contract, becoming hostage and leaving criminals/fam members. (With proper rp reasons)
3- Hydra can illegally go to ghetto to shoot and Rob someone while off duty. (Without entering gang hq and going against leos.)
4- Hydra can refuse to show his ID to other LEO's and Civilians to avoid himself getting caught while doing corruption.
6- Hydra can process 10-15's without reading Miranda right and lie about the availability of a lawyer in the city.
7- Hydra Is able to carry and use his ID and Organization Radio Off Duty/ in Civilian Outfit.
8- Hydra can lie about his identity, pretend to be someone else to save himself from getting caught while performing corruption.
