Rejected The National Guard robbed me

I was an employee in the National Guard for about three days and everything was normal and I was very interactive, suddenly we were going on a mission and I got a (code A) and when I went back into the game I found my rank and everything was gone, well no problem with that but I want my bonuses that I was playing to collect for the last two days and when I send messages no one responds from the higher commands (L.t General)
