We had attacked Pirate family's sphere of influence and i was getting ready about to enter the zone. This guy is from Pirate Family and started doing VDM (as u can see he already tried hitting me once and failed and came back to hit me the second time) then RDM and then MK. Moreover sphere of influence is a zone event. So ER1.2 should also apply. Everything in POV.
