Rejected False Punishment by admin

i have provided the video of that guy who put forum against me and admin accepted his forum
first of all i would like to know that can a player see someone from heli if the player is under tree
and didnt do VDM i just landed my heli and never come to know and i didnt see whether there was someone or not and he told to admin that i flew away after seeing him dead can you please teel me how did i see him

kindly revoke my punishment and ask admin about false punishment
