The guy with ID 183401 did MK by killing the unconscious guy and then ran inside a interior which clearly violets GR 6.2.

In this 1st POV the guy with ID 174006 was dead at 9:09(IC Time) and in this POV Watch NLR | Streamable u can see that at time stamp 0:09 he came to same location at 9:21(IC Time) i.e. before 15 min which breaks NLR.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 183401 will receive a punishment for violating GR 6.13 and GR 6.2.
• The NLR rule is applied: "If you got killed you cannot go back in a fight for 15 minutes." Since ID 174006 did not return to the fight and simply went to his house, so as per the rule, he will not be punished.
