Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A: Throughout my journey in GrandRP i've been in many state organizations as High command which both had me very responsibilites. I've liked crime organizations more than ever. The HQ location of this specific gang and the color are so good whatsoever. Making sure everyone has a friendly experience in the city will be my biggest responsibility.
B: I will make sure everyone enjoys and likes this term by patrolling in ghetto everyday and doing activities such as robbing people, taking hostages and robbing stores. This way roleplaying of this game would be top-tier.
C: Turfing is much important for gangs. I have my deputies and many turfers aswell in mind. My team and I will be full focused on getting 100% turfs.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Events: All events are important, both OOC events and IC events. My gang will attend every cland and will do store robberies, hostage situations whenever possible.
Bonuses: Bonus system is a very good motivation for people in my gang, i will keep the bonuses high to gain advantage over other gangs.
Graffitis: Ballas gang will take over the whole ghetto and keep graffiti profit at max whatsoever.
