I clearly understood the meaning of Ban evading but please read carefully that I was not asking the meaning of forum ban evading, I was asking that where is this thing mentioned in the rules section that another account cannot be made. Like you have mentioned clearly regarding game accounts that more than 2 accounts cannot be created. So similarly where is it written that we cannot create another account for forum.
