In the POV where is the ID of suspect i didnt seen ID 170705 in ur POV and about the radio give extended POV also what is talk going on how you know he was id 170705 i didnt see him in ur whole POV

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Accept this report
ID. 170705 will receive punishment for GR 6.15
(at 4:13 can be seen shooting without any demands)
(in the whole pov his ID was not visible soo we cannot confirm it was him only, but at last when his ID was visible for 1sec he had already left the org as shown by you in the SS soo GR 6.4 will not apply)​
