2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to lead the families because I think I can make the gang more active and bring life to the ghetto. I know a lot about gangs and the rules, and I promise I won’t break them. I am sure I can make the Families a strong gang and get members to join events. I chose the Families because their HQ feels like home. I also like the color of the gang clothes. These things make me want to be the leader. I have been hc in bloods, and with my experience, I know I can handle the Families and lead the situation as an hc. Gangs are important in roleplay. Without them, there is not much for the police or others to do. I will make sure to attend as many events as I can and keep the gang friendly and free from drama. I am good at talking to people, which will help me find the best members for my gang. I want to share my knowledge with everyone to help us do better. I spend 5 to 5 hours in the city, and I will join my gang in every situation, trying to lead them and get the best results possible.
3. Your suggestions for improving roleplay in the organization.
3.1 Will have no tolerance for toxicity in the organization and the one who does will be directly bl from the org.
3.2 I will ensure that all my high commands know the rules perfectly because many high command members don not interview or ask basic questions before recruiting, which causes problems and can lead to an ORG WARNING. We want to fix this by being strict about who we recruit, focusing on players who know the rules and have experience. We want to be the most reliable and focused gang, so no one runs out of supplies at anytime . This will improve roleplay and create a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. This version will be more straightforward and to the point, removing extra details for a simpler message to convey .
3.3 I believe that acting serious and professional, like a real gangster, can really improve the role-playing experience with a perfect team. which comply with the order given by hcs.
3.4 I will attend all gang activities that can be done within a gang, rob stores, attack FZ base, subs and take hostages as much as I can. By these activites I will earn lots of money and give out maxx bonuses to my gang members and will make them enjoy the gang activities in my term. Families will have a leader that is not afraid to give out money to its gang members.
