Tikito Mandem was born in Greece, Athens in very difficult and poor neighborhood with his Father. It all at the age of 18 when he became and adult and wanted to follow the paths of his Father being a LEO, at a young age Tikito's Father took very good care of him learning to him about the lifestyle of being a police officer giving him the idea and inspiration to one day became a LEO aswell. He started helping his Father with small things at the beginning but later he started learning everything he was doing while working with him and eventually before he hits the age of 18 Tikito managed to gather the most intel and work from his Father that he could ever have.

Few years later his path Tikito decided to move to a completely different country and his destination headed to Los Santons America, he took this hard decision after his Father's unfortunate death leaving friends and people behind but it was a decision for his own good. Tikito one day in his new home in Los Santos saw in his TV while watching an Advertisement with the Government of the city announcing a 1 hour Course of with the title. ' In the life of a LEO' . He got very interested in that Advertisement and followed the next to the Government Capitol to participate in that Course since his dream was always to became like his Father a LEO to protect and serve in the honor of his Father's death. The next day Tikito visits the Capitol for the Course he participates,watches and takes a lot of notes and information very carefully in the Course hoping he can get the experience he needs to land an interview to one of the Organazations in the State.

Career Story:
The day that Tikito waited was finnaly here, there was a State Wave happening announcing to all the citizens that the FIB district was going to have some spaces open for hiring and interviews will be taken. He quickly went in to the FIB Headquarters excitignly to apply and get his interview taken,Tikito takes the interview after a couple of hours and becames an FIB agent quick with this good skills and knoweledge he had from his Father rised up all the ranks landing to having the trust of the Director and Deputies to becoming an Assistant Director.

Many years later Tikito got married to his wife he met at Los Santos, he then became a Father of 2 kids he was extremely happy about it but his economical situation couldnt allow him to take care of his wife and kids and at that time hard depression hit Tikito with many feeling in his head and emotions thinking on what should his next steps in life be to protect and provide for his new familly. One day while doing his regular job at FIB he got invited to join the Undercover Department of FIB by his other colleagues,Tikito got very interested with that offer and eventually joined the Undercover Department he kept doing very good work in the Department getting the trust of that Departments agents and a good bonus paycheck from the Director. Couple of days later on the Undercover agents made an offer to Tikito inviting him to join his Corruption team telling him about how much money can Corruption provide Tikito instantly accepted this offer to became a Corrupt agent to earn more money thinking about his familly's future.

Outcomes:

Yıllar sonra Tikito, Los Santos'ta tanıştığı karısıyla evlendi, daha sonra 2 çocuk babası oldu, bundan son derece mutluydu ancak ekonomik durumu karısına ve çocuklarına bakmasına izin vermiyordu ve o sırada Tikito'yu derin bir depresyon vurdu, kafasında ve duyguların içinde yeni ailesini korumak ve onlara bakmak için hayatındaki bir sonraki adımlarının ne olması gerektiğini düşünüyordu. Bir gün FIB'deki normal işini yaparken diğer meslektaşları tarafından FIB'in Gizli Departmanına katılmaya davet edildi, Tikito bu teklifle çok ilgilendi ve sonunda Gizli Departmana katıldı, Departmanda çok iyi işler yapmaya devam etti, o Departmanın ajanlarının güvenini ve Müdürden iyi bir ikramiye çeki aldı. Birkaç gün sonra Gizli ajanlar Tikito'ya Yolsuzluk ekibine katılması için bir teklifte bulundular ve Yolsuzluğun ne kadar para sağlayabileceğini söylediler. Tikito, ailesinin geleceğini düşünerek daha fazla para kazanmak için bu teklifi anında kabul etti ve bir Yolsuzluk ajanı oldu.
