Approved FAIL RP, COMBAT LOGGING | ID 308

Two of our officers were trying to pull over this person over speeding. ID 308 eventually comes to a stop and starts being disrespectful to our officers as seen. He's told on multiple occasions to pull over and fails to comply. The 2 officers then get on a 10-80, his car is flipped, and is asked to step out of the vehicle. Both officers do a great job of staying patient when ID 308 steps out of his flipped vehicle and starts shooting at our officers. As you can see he is then fired back at, downed. Seconds later ID 308 leaves the game.
