2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 My experiences in SAHP stretch from when i was the age of 5 years IC to the IC age of 22 SAHP has been my home for the past few years of my life and i have been several ranks within the org Including 2x COD 1x DCOD and multiple more and i feel that i know and understand the rules of the org better than most others i feel that the next step for me is to achieve leadership within the ORG i feel that my experience is fit to challenge myself enough to become the leader for SAHP.
2.2 Within All of the terms i have served for SAHP and most others including FIB,NG and LSPD i have figured that the biggest problem most of the ORG's struggle with is activity most importantly they need someone who they can rely on and trust through out each term that is served in SAHP also i feel that some roles need to be improved in SAHP for example i feel that the HRT department is one of the most important departments in all orgs and that in the recent term i feel that the department didn't withhold the required standards for example not hosting enough open recruitments and not taking interviews when people arrive at the HQ and also not taking fellow troopers trainings when asked even though their job is to do so.
2.3 I would also like SAHP to be known as an amazing organization not to be looked down upon i feel like i will do that by improving activity, how other are treated such as not being disrespectful to one another , improving the activity of all of the departments within SAHP , and to make all troopers aware of the rules within the org i will also get our troopers not to doubt one another throughout the term making sure all troopers are being professional respectful and and representing the ORG with integrity.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- I want the roleplay to be fun for all including not just the troopers but the people they interact with i understand for some being arrested isn't the most fun but ensuring that the roleplay is at its highest standard whenever possible can make those experiences more enjoyable. I will try do this by discussing with all departments that being most importantly the HRT department how to train our officers and what standards shall be met when out in San Andreas at events or even at HQ.
- I will try my best to ensure that all of SAHP are using the required commands and radio codes while on duty for example turning the bodycam on and turning the bodycam off also the reason I would like all of our troopers to use the required radio codes is once again to ensure the roleplay level is at its highest these things may seem small but to me i believe they play a verry important role within all ORG's.
- I also plan to make SAHP more interactive with not just civilians but other ORG's ensuring all of the RP standards are met.
