1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to leave RP life because I feel like I've gone through everything i could, now I don't do much in the city, the only reason, i have only 17 hours, is because i feel like i want to quit, over some time it gets boring, whereas if you administrate its much more better, you actually do things and get to learn from it, it can be also transferred to other servers if needed because you gain experience in administrating and dealing with rule breakers, i believe i would be a great admin too because i know how to deal with people, I've been an admin in different Five servers, I tend to troll a lot but its because the only fun i have in city now is messing with people which is unacceptable, in reality I don't want to be doing that, I want to become serious and actually help the community, the community has given me a lot of great memories and a lot of experience with different job roles, such as being dep in a gang, being a secret agent and even being a DJ, this is something i didn't think i could ever get, makes me really happy to be apart of this community, I just don't want to get banned permanently because I'm just not enjoying myself and getting bored in RP, I rather keep the server safe from toxic people and rule breakers.

3. What are your strengths?
(IC)
- I'm familiar with the rules, and RP related issues and mechanics,
- I know the city inside out, from the people to the businesses
- I'm good at maintaining conflicts between people, and making friends,
- I have excellent communication and problem solving skills

- I do a lot of problem solving due to my workplace in coding, and customer support
- I do a lot of volunteering with charities, in youth centres and helping people as much as I can.
- I study in a specific area to do with computers so my knowledge about computers is known to the max
4. What are your weaknesses?
- Im impatient sometimes, but there is room for learning, and developing patience.
- I tend to get sad fast, this is maybe to do with life and its issues, but in a sense i know how to hide it.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Im a fast learner, so i can learn how to help and maybe move up ranks in due time to help the higher people in the admin team,
- I have great people skills and i know i havnt shown it recently but in RP i have a person, and that person is always mad, its my character, if you get to speak to me privately im really relaxed and helpful when it comes to people.
- I want to be apart of a great team of admins that know what they are doing and are confident, like Johnny Odds, he leads admin team and does it really well, because noone abuses their powers as for as ive seen.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? Job, University, but I wouldn't say its preventing its more like time management which i can do.

Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application? everything i wrote is with my whole heart and truth, i state bad things and good things about myself, I don't want to seem perfect because not everyone is, I'm not perfect, life in general is not perfect, but people make you feel better and i want to be that person that helps instead of makes lives difficult for people, because in return people are in a game to enjoy themselves not to have toxicity and have fights, my main goal is to enforce the rules professionally and be as helpful as possible
