Life Story:
Phoenix was Born in a village in delhi. They was having very bad financial condition , his father used to work as newspaper man and her mother was just a house wife . But after sometime when Phoenixx turned 15 his father started his job as a Manager in a hotel and their financial condition was being better by the time but just after 1.5 years his father got fired from his job and he was jobless . But then her mother got a job as a teacher in private school and when Phoenixx turned 19 her mother by collecting money Phoenixx and his mother Shifted to Los santos for Phoenixx’s study and a healthy life.
Career Story:
Phoenix completed his graduation instead of doing a job he thought to join a gang named Ballas But after he thought to join Government and after working hard form sometime he Became an hight command in government and after that he went LSPD,FIB, in SAHP after working hard he got Head of department and then he never stopped being in Legal organisations.
But one Day his one Friend got the Leadership of a Dangerous gang know as Marabunta and then Phoenixx went to the gang and got the deputy and they did so much crimes so much store robberies , they took so many hostages, they even to AG(Attorney General) as hostage . They did that much crimes that government had to declare them as Terrorist organisation.
But after the gang he again joined FIB and He was 00 Agent and he collected so many evidences against gangs doing crimes. Now her mom feels very proud on him.
Outcomes:
1.Phoenix can deny to show his identification to protect identity and privacy.
2. Phoenix can deny or lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in his custody.
3. Phoenix can do illegal activities like rob and kill with family and friends due to his past experience.
4. Phoenix can take bribes, but cannot take bribe to be a hostage (up to $100k or equivalent value in illegal firearms or items).
