2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I Started my journey as a high command in SAHP. I remember when i was new in the city and joined SAHP. Slowly with time i started gaining experience and after that slowly ranking up to 28. Getting aware with the legislation and presented myself as a successful SAHP Leader. After i become the Sheriff i immediately started the work for the people of san andreas.
2) I think i didnt get much time to prove myself as a leader or Sheriff and that is the only reason i want to handle SAHP again and i know i can make The SAHP Active again like it was before. I felt a true bond with the SAHP and Loved my team so much. I want to bring my old team back and Bring peace among the citizens. and i believe that SAHP is for me from the start. as it is the first ever org which i joined when i was a new citizen.
3) Now, i feel that specially the San Andreas which is under the jurisdiction of SAHP. Those who are living in san andreas are facing many difficulty in some cases people got kidnapped and Even some Thief are performing robbery in the San Andreas. People are very worried for these Unlawful acts of criminals. innocents are being killed everyday on the Highways of San Andreas. People are not safe anymore thats why i want to be the Sheriff and run the SAHP on my own way. Dealing Harshly with the criminals and provide justice to the residents. And above all of this my last application got rejected for not enough experience but i know that i have the experience that i need! the orgs that i have been (Sahp 28 rank chief of staff) (Lspd 28 rank chief of staff) (Fib 26 rank Dhod) (Gov 26 minister of state) (Ng 28 rank major general) (Ballas high command) (vagos high command) ( bloods high command) i know that i have the experience to lead sahp as a leader!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. Talking abt bonuses i will make sure that everybodys bonuses gets paid on time and i will make once in two week a promotion ceremony where i will pay bonus money and promote the ones who deserves the promotion!
