2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I have almost a year of experience in LEOs. After enlisting in the SAHP as a trooper, I worked hard and gained knowledge with every promotion. I have held every senior command position, including Chief of Staff, Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department (HR), and others. During the tenure of Mike Balenciaga, I also served as the department's deputy head.
- I think I can add a new viewpoint to our operations and increase the department's overall efficiency, which is why I want to be the SAHP's head. I want to make sure that our officers are equipped to handle any crisis that comes their way by putting in place organized training programs, honing patrol techniques, and applying cutting-edge tactics. San Andreas' safety and security can be greatly improved with a well-planned and coordinated SAHP.
- To ensure proper functioning and betterment of SAHP, I will personally take care of everyone who wishes to be recruited to the org. I will not be bias in promoting or giving bonuses to my Officers. Every Officer has equal value for me and the org and I will always look for the needs of my Officers.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Creating more dynamic and realistic patrol scenarios is one method to improve the SAHP roleplay experience. Encourage police to participate in situations that make sense for a highway patrol officer's job description, such as conducting random vehicle inspections, responding to collisions, or even erecting barriers for fast-paced pursuits, rather than just driving around. Better roleplay results will result from giving these patrols greater depth, which will increase the opportunity for interaction with people and other factions.
