Hello dear NG, lemme explain this issue so firstly you're mixing because you are writing one of guy's id in rp chat. Lets ignore that for now and come this situation. As you can see in your pov, your arm is clearly out of the cover. I'll post screenshot to making it clearer and make sense.

And watch it from my pov you will see what I mean. Basically it's not my issue I had to fight as quickly as possible and didn’t have time to think about whether it was legal or not.
