pw: When I run away from him, he puts on handcuffs from a distance and even though I ask for his ID, he doesn't give it to me. He doesn't even have a corrupt bio

He also says he will arrest me even though I show him my passport. If I was a FIB employee there and I had a Classified ID, I still wouldn't show it. I guess he doesn't know the rules​
