2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Carrying the experiences Ive had with many organisations including being high commands in all LEO organisations and gang side gives me diverse knowledge and experience on each field and how to conduct an organisation. I am well aware of an organisations failure and chances of failure that makes me a good candidate to lead the San Andreas highway patrol organisation as the sheriff for the upcoming term.
My experience as being a leader in another organisation gives me the knowledge on how to run an org and the hardships of following and maintaining it, having experienced the ways and problems that can occur i am well equipped with the right tactical say of thinking. While also having high command experience in SAHP i find myself the best suited candidate for this position leading not just our highway patrol officers but also leading and shaping future leaders to follow a standard and code of procedures
Lastly, i aim to be the one who leads the organisation by spirit and example. I aim to ensure no mistakes are made and if they are made itโs learnt without any doubts or questions that prevent them from doing that action again due to the mistakes they made in the past, I believe in leading through example as it is the best way others follow and understand how we are supposed to act to certain scenario is and further on.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To improve the role play Levels in the organisation, our members in the organisation have to learn the right ways to certain procedures to avoid unnecessary situations by doing the wrong rp. Teaching then with an experienced Human Resource team that ensure our units are equipped with the right sets of skills to ensure civilians and prosecutors are not affected with the wrong rp, and satisfies the need of required levels of role play levels. With the increasing number of citizens I believe we can train and make the rp levels in sahp as well as in other organisations to the right Standard ensuring no mistakes and smooth actions to be carried out with none to less repercussions With a really experienced team, I plan to make SAHP the most professional organization in the state. I plan to bring back SAHP to its former glory, which it once held. With the help of my heavy experienced Deputy Sheriff, Chief of Staffs and High Commands, I have the plan of doing my best and reaching the expectations of others, even surpassing if possible. With my team, I will ensure that San Andreas and her county citizens will be safely covered 24/7.
