I am writing to formally appeal my ban on the EN3 server. I was recently banned for violating the G.R 4.1 rule, which prohibits players from using any software or modifications that provide an unfair advantage, such as hacks or bots. The ban duration is 60 days.
I would like to clarify that the reason for the violation was due to my usage of a revolver skin that represents the USP. I was unaware that this particular skin was not allowed on the EN server, as I come from the RS server where such modifications are permitted. I did not fully understand the rules regarding this matter on the EN server and inadvertently violated the policy.
I sincerely apologize for my mistake and assure you that it was not intentional. I request that you kindly reconsider my ban and lift it, understanding the circumstances. If necessary, I am fully willing to accept a complete money wipe to make up for my error and demonstrate my commitment to adhering to the server's rules moving forward.
