Hey dear higher admins, I am a new player in city who was issued 2 warns, 1 for Fail RP and 1 for GR 6.4.

I got fail rp because I didnt say anything while cuffing or letting go of his hand? I was told by my higher ups that it is not required to do so as it already pops up in the rp command chat. The action in rp command already tells about an action being done, This statement was further verified by an admin whose proof I will attach below.

I was talking to him the entire time, this evidence is fully tampered. The POV should contain the entire scenario so why is it cropped? Why doesnt the POV showcase to atleast the part where I arrest him and he gets placed in jumpsuit? This is all because the evidence is tampered. I even talked to the gov officer a lot. I couldve easily proved my innocence had I not seen the complaint so late. It was almost about 48 hours so I am not required to have the bodycam anymore so I deleted it. Also it already had been 5 days from the incident then Raj started reviewing it? I thought we were not supposed to have bodycams stored for more than 48-72 hours. Also I would like to mention this is my first time ever being punished so please I really want to continue roleplaying as an FIB agent and please let me resume my roleplay by uplifting one of my warns if I cant completely proof my innocence here. However, This POV in intself is inadequate according to me as its too choppy, get stuck at certain timestamps showing continuation issues. Example: check from 0:50 to 1:10, that gov officer shows his ID to a cuffed detainee which first of all is PG and even tho he shows him her ID that doesnt pop up on his screen and the game freezes? Thats sus aswell. Also I asked the lawyer at 1:00 that are you a lawyer to which he said I am not a lawyer, I am minister of state.
I know the higher up admin will review this complaint with the best of their knowledge and whatever maybe the result I will gladly accept it.
