In this situation, I was taking this 10-15 to DOC. They used meta gaming and blocked my engine without giving me a pullover demand. Then they shot me down without any proper demand.

Here, they rescue a 10-15 without proper RP, which means Fail Rp and RDM are applicable for them.

Please note, when I took the 10-15, they were not involved in any situation with this arrest. Then they suddenly showed up ( Possible meta-gaming ) and did all this.
