Thank you for taking the time to review my case.
I was recently banned for 30 days, and I truly believe this was a misunderstanding. During the event at the vineyard, there was a player clearly abusing a bug. Instead of action being taken against the one exploiting,
I was the one who ended up getting punished, despite not killing anyone or participating in the abuse. I was asked to provide a POV video, but unfortunately I don’t have one simply because I wasn’t involved in any rule-breaking activity. The person who did the killing was Jay, not me. I was just present at the location, and I even tried to explain the situation when asked. I’ve attached a screenshot showing my presence at the vineyard to support this. I do not have a POV of me playing vineyard my medal didnt work for some reason, I recently changed the settings and forgot to record, after that incident I made it record the whole time I am playing, which will get me to have record of everything once again.( my old settings which I changed)
This is the first time I’ve ever received a ban, and I’ve always tried to follow the rules and be a positive part of the community. I fully understand the importance of keeping things fair, but I hope you can reconsider this punishment. If a full removal isn’t possible, I kindly ask that you at least reduce the ban duration, as 30 days feels extremely harsh for something I didn’t do.
