ID 446294 will receive a punishment for GR 6.4 + Fail RP + GR 6.2

According to 446294 POV of arrest -

ID 350191 & ID 336462 will receive a punishment for GR 6.4

First of all, you can not remove the cuffs of a person if they were arrested for an IC Criminal Activity. You can not demand a person to favour to leave him in cuffs because he was your family member. There is no Matter if it is a family matter as long as POV has criminal activity anywhere IC LEO have a Proper reason to arrest. ID 446294 was ICly Rude to High command could have been dealt with Profesional matter but both sides showed Rage to Brake laws from both side. Being the highest in command and the chief of staff of LSPD is unacceptable.​
