The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The San Andreas National Guard is transporting a high value consignment from their base to a secret location in Elysian Island, Voodoo Place. Since the consignment worth more than a millions, it is escorted by other Leos in a top security protocols. Leos know the seriousness of the situation and were alerted all the time during the transportation. Leos were unaware that a gang had already gathered intel from a informer within the National Guard and the gang is waiting for a perfect moment to strike the Leos. After reaching to the drop off location, securing the area and were preparing to complete the transfer of the items in the consignment, the gang silently approached from the water using water boats. Climbing through ladders, all the gang members positioned themselves for a surprise attack. Suddenly, the air was shattered by gunfire and the ambush was unleashed. Leos unaware of the situation rapidly positioned themselves and prepared for a counter attack. A battle erupted as Leos are fighting to protect the consignment while the gang is attempting to take the control .
Why this event:
The element of surprise, intense situation and high stakes make this a thrilling and unforeseeable event for both the Leos and gang. With team coordination and proper decision making skills, both sides will be fighting for control of the consignment.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Gangs - Ambush the Leos, kill them, and seize the consignment
Leos - Defend the consignment, and eliminate all the gang members.

No juices or using of Drugs.
No org armour or org weapons.
How is the event won?
For Leos -
If Leos eliminate all the gang members, the surviving LEOs will receive a $300.000 distributed among them.
For Gangs -
If the gang eliminates all LEOs, the surviving gang members will receive a $300.000 distributed among them.
Prize for the winner:
$300.000 distributed among the surviving members.
