You can clearly see during a gun store robbery one of the vagos member was shooting inside the zone while being outside.
Edit: He might be in the zone too I am not sure, realized it after posting the thread.

this is id 11826
i dont have pov cause my game crashed and i spawn in my last location and i couldn't see the zone on the map it was bugged
Am pretty sure i was in the edge of the zone
When i saw the guy fib came next to me without shooting me then i thought i was outside the zone and i dint even shoot the fib guy when he came next to me then i realised that i was outside the circle.
Sometimes when we are inside the circle and game crashes when we spawn back to last location the circle dosent show on the map that buges sometime.
