1. I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1) I joined multiple legal Organizations such as SAHP, FIB, LSPD and EMS, and I learned many things about their functions and gained experience of High Command in them. Now I want to become a leader and I apply for NG because I want to experience the role of leadership of an org. and take it on another level.
2.2) My main objective would be ensuring soldiers availability who are trained and able to perform tasks according to needs as our mission is not limited only to the protection of Fort Zancudo from criminals but also to the actual maintenance of law and order throughout San Andreas by attending scripted events or other situations.
2.3) Having internal discipline is also important that can formulate the future of an organisation and thus promoting harmony between soldiers and having a check on their activities will be helpful.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) Providing good training to the cadets is the key for vibrant functioning of an organisation so having a well experienced training team would be an idea to ensure good conduct.
3.2) Maintaining a friendly atmosphere and organizing weekly meeting of departments to execute our plans properly will be helpful. This will also help in increasing awareness about co- soldiers.
3.3) A good bonus system to appreciate their hard work will ne ensured that will help the org to run smoothly.
3.4) We will work on the area of public relations where we can ensure a good trust of citizens on NG that they can rely on for their safety.
3.5) Weekly patrols in the city to showcase our manpower to gangs and infuse fear among them so they think twice before engaging in crime.
