I started the game 3 days ago due to a recommendation from a youtuber and he said that free gc would be given soon with the new update. I thought it was a good opportunity to start the game. Then I joined the king of mountain event that came from my phone and I couldn't win. Then someone complained about me for not registering, but when I entered the game, no one even mentioned the event rules to me. I didn't even see the rules tab. Now I was punished as if I've been playing for years. On top of that, I couldn't get the new free gc that came with the update. Why do you treat players who just started the game like this? You also closed my forum account. All I wanted was to get the free gc that came with the update. On my 3rd day in the game, you banned me for 30 days for a ridiculous reason. My only crime was not registering when I went to the event. All I wanted was for you to forgive me so that I wouldn't miss the event just once. If I don't get the gc in this update, I don't think I'll play the game because my only reason for starting was to benefit from this advantage. I couldn't even reach anyone on discord.
