hello Lebron Sir

Today i opened my game for playing and collect my gc. As i opened my game i saw my social club got blocked. my main got ban for decieving and bug abuse. that i haven't done still got that punishment. then I was playing in my twink, and today when i open my game i got this.

Please tell me the reason why my social is blocked.
